This fun event for the whole family is the perfect way to herald in the start of spring while you support our charity and make a difference in the lives of children with learning disabilities.
On-line entries are now closed, but you can still enter at registration:- On Friday 06 September 2019 between 14:00 and 18:00 @ Jan Kriel School hall.
- On Saturday 07 September 2019 from 06.00 to 15 mins before the race start. (NO 21.1km entries on raceday)

Registration: Pre-entries can be collected on Friday, 6 September 2019 at Jan Kriel School hall, between 14:00 and 18:00 and on Saturday, 7 September 2019 from 06:00.
Starting times
- 21 km: 07:00
- 10 km Battle of the Sexes:* 07:30 *Women get a head start; men's start time determined on race day.
- 5 km: 07:45
Prize-giving: Prize-giving starts at 09:45 for the 5 km & 10 km and 10:45 for the 21 km.
10km Battle of the Sexes: Overall winner receives a R500 bonus prize.
5 km: Lucky-draw prizes – enter by placing your tear-off slip in the box at the prize-giving stage.
5 x R500 Bonus prizes for 5km entrants!!
Medals to all finishers within cut-off times.
Complimentary buff to all pre-entries (and late entries while stocks last)
