The K-Way 16km Table Mountain Race is a spectacular run from Constantia Nek up the jeep track to the top of Table Mountain and back. The route follows the historic road up to and around the Woodhead dam. A challenging 16km run covering a short distance (200m) of single-track running, and the rest on gravel and cement.

Runners must collect their race numbers between 6.30am and 7.30am on 16 June at the start of the race, at Constantia Nek. Race numbers not collected by 7.30am on 16 June will be re-allocated. Prize-giving will take place at 10.00am.

Note: The entry fee includes a compulsory fee of R86.00 required by SANParks. There is no additional fee for entering on-line.

The race has been reclassified as a Mountain Race and therefore no ASA licences need to be displayed. Club colours are optional.
