The helpers' run starts at 07:30 on Sunday, 4 September, 2016.

If you are NOT purchasing a T-shirt or making a donation, please select EFT as the payment method, as your entry fee will be zero.

This is a "BRING-YOUR-OWN-WATER" run - there will be a refill point at half-way.
Tee Shirts:

• This year the shirts are YELLOW. You can choose between cotton and 'quick-dry'.
• The cut is 'unisex'.
• Note that T-shirt sizes are large, so we suggest you order ONE SIZE SMALLER than you would normally do.
