- Thursday 15 January at Sportsmans Warehouse Tokai 15:00 to 18:00
- Friday 16 January at Fish Hoek Athletic Club 17:00 to 20:00
- Saturday 17 January at Fish Hoek Athletic Club 4:30 to 5:15
Route: Both races will proceed from Fish Hoek AC, along Kommetjie Road to Kommetjie, up Slangkop, through Misty Cliffs and Scarborough to the Perdekloof intersection. The 36.2km Classic will fork to the left up Red Hill. The Marathon will fork to the right and do a 6 km loop towards Cape Point, returning to the Perdekloof intersection where it re-joins the Classic up Red Hill. Both races are then run over Red Hill, down towards Simonstown Main Road and back through Glencairn and Fish Hoek before returning to FHAC. Open to athletes 20 years and older on race day.

Cut-off: 5 hours
Note: There is no additional fee for entering online.
Prizes: To the first man and woman to the top of Red Hill who complete the race before cut-off, as well as age category and team prizes.
Medals: To the first 1500 runners across the finish line within 5 hours. Gold medals to the first 5 men and first 5 women in each race, Silver to the next 10 runners in each race and bronze to the balance of the field.
Prize-giving: Starts at 10:40am
Note: The 42.2km Marathon is a qualifier for the 2015 Two Oceans and Comrades if completed within the qualifying time.

Great Grand Masters (70+) enter free of charge, but please select EFT (not credit card) as a payment method when entering, even though no payment is due.
Fun Run: 7:00am. Entries available on the day of the race at registration for R20. Medals to first 500 finishers.
Permanent Numbers: If qualifying for a permanent number in this year's race (after completing 9 Red Hills), please send us a note to be received by 10 January 2015, listing your name, address, telephone, club and the years and approximate finishing times.
