The race is sponsored by The Constantia Valley Vineyards and Sportsman's Warehouse and is run through the historic Cape wine estates of Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Buitenverwachting and Uitsig - One of the most scenic routes in the country.

The course is slightly tougher that the Constantia Valley Grape Run and a true trail run, run all on trail and farm tracks; however the trail run is suitable for both seasoned trail runners and novices with the option of running the 11.5km race.

The 21km and 11.5km races are pre-entry only as numbers are limited, however you may enter the fun-run on the morning of the race.

THIS YEAR WE EXPECT TO REACH OUR LIMITED NUMBERS BEFORE ENTRIES CLOSE, SO IF YOU WISH TO RUN, ENTER EARLY, WELL BEFORE CUT OF DATE; WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING LATE ENTRIES OR ENTRIES ON THE DAY IF THIS HAPPENS. LATE ENTRIES, IF WE ACCEPT THEM, WILL ALSO INCUR A LATE PENALTY CHARGE OF R10.00
