The half marathon is run over a breathtaking course through the historic wine estates of the Constantia Valley, namely Groot Constantia, Buitenverwachting, Constantia Uitsig and Klein Constantia. The 14km route follows most of the standard Grape Run route, but only includes the lower sections of the vineyards, thus cutting out the hillier parts of the race, but still giving participants the opportunity to run in one of the most beautiful areas in Cape Town.

Registration: It is recommended that you register at Cape Union Mart in Constantia Village, or Canal Walk "Adventure Centre" from 11h00 to 15h00 on Saturday 18th October. However there will be limited registration for runners at Constantia Village Shopping Mall after 4h45 on the day of the race.
Fun Run: Entries can be purchased on the day for the fun-run at registration for R25

Please note that the pedestrian gate onto Constantia Main road no longer exists at FBRC. Pedestrians must now use the gate on Doordrift road on the South West corner of the field to get to Constantia Village.
