This half marathon is run over a breathtaking course through the historic wine estates of the Constantia Valley, namely Groot Constantia, Buitenverwachting, Constantia Uitsig and Klein Constantia. The new 14km route will follow most of the standard Grape Run route, but only includes the lower sections of the vineyards, thus cutting out the hillier parts of the race, but still giving participants the opportunity to run in one of the most beautiful areas in Cape town.

Registration: It is recommended that you register at Sportsmans Warehouse Tokai, Rondebosch or Canal Walk from 11h00 to 15h00 on Saturday 19th October. However there will be limited registration for runners at Constantia Village Shopping Mall after 05h00 on the day of the race.
Please note that the pedestrian gate onto Constantia Main road no longer exists at VOB. Pedestrians must now use the gate on Doordrift road on the South West corner of the field to get to Constantia Village.
Fun Run: Entries can be purchased on the day for the fun-run both at the club and at registration for R20
Note: On-line entries are now closed but entries will be taken on race day at Constantia Village. Be sure to arrive early though.
