This half marathon is run over a breathtaking course through the historic wine estates of the Constantia Valley, namely Groot Constantia, Buitenverwachting, Constantia Uitsig and Klein Constantia. There is no doubt this is a tough and challenging course and one that offers the runner a unique experience with spectacular views.

Registration: It is recommended that you register at Sportsmans Warehouse Tokai, Rondebosch or Canal Walk from 11h00 to 15h30 on Saturday 20th October. However there will be limited registration for runners at Constantia Village Shopping Mall after 05h00 on the day of the race.
