The race is sponsored by The Constantia Valley Vineyards and Sportsman's Warehouse and is run through the historic Cape wine estates of Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Buitenverwachting and Uitsig - One of the most scenic routes in the country.

The course is run all on trail and farm tracks, and is suitable for both seasoned trail runners and novices with the option of running the 11.5km race.

On-line entries are now closed, but you can still enter at registration (see below), or at the race itself on the morning.

Number collection: Friday 15th May at Tokai Sportsmans Warehouse from 12:00 to 18:00, and Saturday 16th May 2015 at Rondebosch Sportsmans Warehouse from 12:00 to 18:00. Uncollected entries can be collected on race day at the Cape Academy.
